This week’s coaching minute is a secret trick for feeling more control at a time when things probably feel very out of control. If you decide to give it a try remember to keep the tasks for the work part of your week separate from the domestic part of your week–don’t try to do both at once. This could become a long term habit if done with a light touch rather than overkill.
