Our meetings are broken.

LinkedIn recently posted some data about meetings: In the United States alone, over 80 million meetings occur daily. Despite the shift to virtual and hybrid work environments post-COVID, the inefficiency of meetings remains a persistent problem. Many employees feel that most of these meetings are unproductive, with no tangible results achieved.

It occurred to me recently that everyone is in agreement that meetings need to change. Another way to put it is that NO ONE, ANYWHERE thinks the way we do meetings is working.
