I have a lot of empathy for the leaders in today’s work environment. Work just gets busier and more complex and finding good talent is more difficult than perhaps it has ever been. Not only do leaders have to get everyone on board with the latest initiatives, ensure bottom line results and manage conflict but they also have to find ways to keep everyone as productive as humanly possible and retain their top talent.
