Are You Having A Stress Fantasy About Work?

 In Stress

Do you have an “alternative form of work” fantasy? Something that feels like it would have way less stress and responsibility? A place where you could kind of hide out from your current reality?

As stress levels rise in our professional lives, so does the incidence of having a stress fantasy. The key element is that what you are imagining seems like it would be simpler and require less of you—even though you may have no idea what that actual job entails.

Today’s coaching minute is about how “normal” it is to have a stress fantasy and what it really means.
