Program Overview

Clean Communication is a dynamic, interactive program designed to transform communication skills and foster a culture of confidence, clarity, and accountability in professional settings. The program incorporates the EQ-i 2.0 assessment or Motivational Map, a comprehensive workbook, pre-work, post-event work, and additional resources to support long-term impact.

Participants engage in a variety of activities, including writing exercises, feedback exchanges, card games, and simulated conversations. This program can be tailored to suit leaders, individual contributors, or mixed groups.

Program Delivery Options For Your Organization

  • Duration: Each module lasts 60–90 minutes and can be delivered live or virtually.
  • Flexibility: Choose from one full-day session, two half-day sessions, or a series delivered over 6–8 weeks or 6 months.
  • Group Size: Limited to 20 participants per cohort for optimal interaction. (a minimum of 12 participants)
  • Customization: Add individual coaching sessions for tailored development.
  • Pricing: this program is priced on a per person basis and depends on delivery format as well as added instruments like the EQ or Motivational Map.
