We don’t all approach work the same way — and that’s not a personality quirk, it’s psychology.

The Enneagram is one of the most compelling tools in self-development because it doesn’t just describe what we do, it reveals why we do it: the underlying motivations that drive how we make decisions, handle pressure, and work with others.

This session is designed for professionals who want a practical, applicable framework, along with some powerful self-learning and insights, but also a little FUN in the workday.

In this 3.5-hour, in-person session, you’ll explore all nine Enneagram types and how each one tends to approach:

Work and productivity

Where each type finds flow, and where they get stuck.

Conflict

How each type engages, avoids, or escalates under tension.

Teamwork

What each type needs to contribute and collaborate at their best.

Working with other types

Get the insight you need to manage up, over and the do’s and don’t for each type.

Stress patterns

Core psychological need, core emotion, common defense mechanism and stress patterns.

Map your blind spots

Learn about your stress and growth points.

Bring your co-workers, team and boss. Bring your lover, friend, adult children, and/or really cool grandma.

Enneagram Assessment

To get the most out of this workshop, every attendee must know their Enneagram type before the session begins.

All attendees are required to complete the Integrative9 Enneagram assessment prior to the workshop. We use Integrative9 because it’s the most rigorously validated assessment available, with 96% type-identification accuracy — far more reliable than free online quizzes or whatever your sister-in-law’s brother’s uncle uses.

Attendees who have not completed the assessment prior to the event may be asked to reschedule, as the workshop content builds directly on your typing results. Sorry Felicia, gotta test.
