All participants will take the EQi 2.0 or the EqI 2.0 Leadership assessment prior the retreat. Brenda will help you debrief your results and tie your strengths and challenges to more effective leadership.

Sleep, It Does a Body Good! “Get plenty of sleep” is a recommendation we hear often. For many, this is easier said than done. I will outline the critical processes that occur during sleep, and the health consequences resulting from a lack of sleep. Practical strategies and techniques to promote a peaceful night’s sleep will allow you to structure your life to rest well.

Becky is a leader and a connector and has enjoyed a meaningful and impactful career as an executive coach, business consultant and trainer. Becky has been in the WPO as a Chair for over 9 years and has been with Landmark Worldwide for over 25 years. She lives in Houston and Estes Park Colorado.
